New to Forum

Hi everyone, Just returned from our second trip to Komandoo (and now planning our next one!) Stayed in jacuzzi beach villa this time and it was just wonderful, being so close to the beautiful beach. Came here on honeymoon at Christmas 2008 and wondered if this visit would be as special - well it was - great to see Silva again and (the always happy Sanwa at the beach bar). Down point was the evening in the beach bar, when a huge tanker managed to wipe out the jetty on the inhabited island side of Komandoo - how on earth that happened, goodness knows, but I am sure it will be rebuilt very quickly. x
